Undergraduate business analytics major courses are restricted to declared business analytics majors during the first week of early registration. Beginning with the second week of early registration, selected courses have special restrictions that allow specific majors to enroll without special permission. Please refer to the registration restriction for each course in the MYUI listings for more information. Prebusiness majors are not allowed to enroll in upper division restricted major courses and should see their advisor if they have questions. Students admitted to Tippie should see their advisor for permission to enroll if they are not a declared BAIS major. Students not admitted to Tippie, and not included in the group of majors in the registration restrictions, may contact the department to inquire about registering. 

Summer enrollment policy: Summer course availability is not guaranteed. Undergraduate courses offered during the summer are subject to cancellation due to low enrollment and/or instructor availability. Enrollment decisions are finalized and communicated to students by way of their University of Iowa email account as soon as possible, but notification will vary depending on the course and session.
