We expect you to be prepared for class. This is an experiential class intended to teach you real and practical skills. Without doing the reading and preparing for exercises, you will likely be lost in class, gain little from the experience, and be of no benefit to your classmates. You will also likely do poorly on the exam. We expect you to attend class. Student attendance and participation enhance the education process and content. Moreover, the examination will likely contain material covered in class, but not appearing in the text. This course will provide 2 of the 6 experiential units required for the JD program.
