Registration Information:
This course is offered as a seminar and as a non-seminar. 3 credit hours=1 writing unit; 4 credit hours=2 writing units; 5 credit hours=3 writing units. Students who do not want/need law school writing units and who are thus taking the course as a non-seminar should enroll for 2 credit hours and will write a 15 page paper that will not earn writing units on a topic that the student proposes and the professor approves.
