STUDIO COURSES: For each semester hour of credit, a student must complete a minimum of three clock hours per week of assignments.

ART: STUDIO CLASSES FOR NONMAJORS
Nonmajors may add studio classes after the "Majors" restriction is removed following scheduled early registration. Nonmajors must fulfill stated prerequisites and requirements for these courses, or the course will be dropped from their schedule. Nonmajors planning to use art courses taken at other colleges or universities for prerequisite/requirement fulfillment must present a portfolio at the Transfer Portfolio Review held the Friday before the spring and fall semesters. Wait List Policy: Studio classes will have wait lists the first day of class. If space is available, students will be given permission to add as follows: majors, first; minors, second; nonmajors, third; then nondegree students. Students may attend the first day of class with an add slip and if space is available, the instructor MAY sign the add that same day.
