Late Add Requests:  Initiate the Add Request in MyUI, then follow the instructions. You can also review this webpage for more information on how to initiate the add online. Add requests for either the in-person 0001, online 0EXW, or both.     Contact your academic advisor in an email to request that they review and approve your request(s) to add the course. If a space becomes available, we will approve your Add Request at the Departmental level. We will not approve any requests that do not yet have the advisor authorization. When this happens, you will be emailed to let you know have 24 hours to go back into MyUI to complete the Add Request. We will not give extensions- if you miss this window, we will go on to the next student on the list. Check your email frequently! When you finish your add request, immediately email the Primary Instructor of your course to ask how you can get caught up. Notes: The enrollment caps are published on MyUI- we will not go over these enrollment caps. We are able to accept late adds through 4:30pm on Friday, January 27th. After this date and time, we cannot allow any additional students in the course, and any pending Add Requests will be denied. We will inform you if/when this occurs. We will accept students on a first come, first-serve basis (the order in which the Add Request with Advisor Approval is received). We make absolutely no guarantees about space availability, and even anticipate it likely that a seat will not become available. We strongly encourage you to have a backup plan for this course and your plans for your degree.
