You can get help with your password in various ways, depending on your student status
- If you are a new admit to the University and have received your letter of admissions with your HawkID and password but can't remember your password, you can request that your password be reset by contacting the Office of Admissions at admissions@uiowa.edu or (319) 335 - 3847.
- If you are a current or former student and you forget your MyUI password, you can use HawkID Tools to reset your password.
- If you are a former student whose last attendance was before 2003, please contact the Registrar Service Center at registrar@uiowa.edu or (319) 384 - 4300 to set up an alumni account for MyUI access
